Quotes
Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal and are subject to space availability, exchange rates and the current tariffs of shipping lines, airlines, carriers and public institutions on the date of the operation.
Duties and taxes
Duties estimated in a quote are calculated on the tariff classification and declared value. The final amount is determined by the Honduran Customs Administration at the time of clearance.
Liability
Aduana Plus acts as customs broker and freight forwarder on behalf of its clients. Liability for the goods during transport rests with the actual carrier and, where applicable, the cargo insurance taken out.
Cargo insurance
For cargo insurance, Aduana Plus acts as an intermediary between the client and the insurance companies it represents. The policy or certificate is issued by the insurer, which bears the risk and pays claims according to its terms. Aduana Plus arranges the cover and supports the client through claims.
