How it is calculated
- Volume (m³) = length × width × height, in metres, times the number of packages.
- Air volumetric weight (kg) = volume in cm³ ÷ 6,000.
- Chargeable air weight = the greater of gross and volumetric weight.
- LCL ocean freight is charged per tonne or per cubic metre, whichever is greater (W/M).
